The Union of Workers in Contemporary Art (SEST) consists of its members who have a responsibility to attend the General Assemblies and vote on the various issues that may arise, and the Union’s Executive Council. The seven elected members that make up the Executive Council are tasked with representing the Union’s members and implementing the decisions voted on during the General Assembly.
In order to reinforce the Union’s horizontal structure, and to ensure its smooth functioning as well as the participation of all of its members in its proceedings, different working groups have been formed, each with its own goals and responsibilities.
